The first day of the conference will feature talks from 3 International Keynote Speakers and 5 Invited Speakers from Portugal and ITQB NOVA, highlighting cutting-edge research developed both in-house and by renowned international guests.
A lunchtime Poster Session will bring together researchers at all levels and explore our growing microscopy capabilities, while some poster presenters will be selected to give Short Flash Talks showcasing their work to the audience.
Day 2 - March 20, 2026
The second day of the conference offers a unique opportunity to join in-depth Workshops from a vast selection of hands-on technical demonstrations of available microscopy systems, sample enhancing microscopy and image processing techniques with the purpose of encouraging their application in new research areas.
The small-group, hands-on workshops are designed to provide participants with practical learning and deepen practical knowledge with key topics and microscopy techniques.
Multiple workshops will be running in parallel, and each participant will attend one workshop in the morning and one in the afternoon.
